Can you leave negative stars? I wish that was possible.
I ordered a dress from them which came with the boning sticking out of the dress along with a hole on the side. I contacted AMC Clubwear to get a return/exchange and was emailed back promptly with the need for a picture. I happily sent a picture and from there on out it was crickets. I checked in with them practically everyday (with pleasant emails, nonetheless). After a week of silence, I decided that it was time for a review. I wish I had taken the time to read others as I would have never wasted my time or money in the first place, my mistake. But please be careful when contemplating purchasing anything from them, they do not care about customer service, or the quality of their product. I think everyone can agree that things happen, but it is the way things are handled when those unfortunate events take place, that makes all the difference. They fail miserably at this. Very unfortunate.
