Walnut Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics at 21750 Valley Boulevard Ste C, City of Industry, California.

The only good things about this place is that they are nice, clean facility and up to date technology.

First off I would like to say that I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK to this place. I only started going here because it’s 10 minutes from my house.

During my first visit, they took a 360 X-ray and explained to me that my two back teeth were damaged with holes and I need a new crowns blah blah blah. After they explained to me how much my insurance was going to pay, my remaining balance was $1500. Okay, not too bad considering I paid this much for my husband’s bridge and some other stuff a few months ago with another dentist. Anywho, fast forwarding three days later, I’M IN EXCRUCIATING PAIN. Both of my ears are clogged as if I have an ear infection AND my lower right jaw is in so much pain. I went to the doctor and she looked in my ear and said it was fine. She asked me what just happened because she noticed that my jaw and ear were slightly swollen. I informed her that I just had dental work done. She stated that I had TMD and the symptoms were due to them having my mouth open for an extended period of time without breaks. She stated that the dentist should have taken a FREAKIN BREAK! She told me to call the dentist immediately. Anywho, I called the dentist as instructed by the doctor and she stated that they are the ones who should be prescribing me with pain meds. But she was so sweet that she prescribed me with a 7 day supply of naproxen. I called the dentist that same day to let them know what I was going through and the receptionist immediately asked for my name and number and I’ll have the doctor call you back. OF COURSE THEY NEVER CALLED BACK. The next morning I called, they were trying to rush me off the phone again trying to tell me that I had to contact my insurance to get a specialist to help me. I’m like wait, you need to listen to me. Y’all need to help me with this excruciating pain. Long story short, the dentist told me to take ibuprofen and it should go away. 4 days later, the pain is worse than it was on the first day. I’m going to my urgent care again so that they can prescribe me with a heavier dosage of pain killers.
Thanks Walnut Smiles for working me out of $1500. It truly saddens me that you guys didn’t take the necessary steps to make sure that I was a happy customer. I will definitely not be referring anyone to this dentist.

P.S. I haven’t slept in days and I’m starving
